Right of withdrawal

Your right

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item of the order.

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you tell us of your decision to withdraw before it expires.

How to withdraw

You can request withdrawal directly from your account, on your order page, through the self-service flow. You only need to give your name and the order reference; you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If you prefer, you can also tell us by email at support@v4in.com, giving your name and the order reference. We will confirm that we received it.

Effects of withdrawal

Once you have withdrawn, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of you telling us your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that you have sent them.

You must return the items without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us of your withdrawal.
